Softjourn and INVEST CREDIT CAPITAL have entered into a cooperation agreement

On 02.06.2015 the globally known  ІТ company Softjourn (California, USA), among the priorities of which is  implementation of innovative technological solutions in the field of finances and business processes, and the Ukrainian company INVEST CREDIT CAPITAL, the interests of which consist in establishing a new format of financial relationships arising among financial services market players, have signed a cooperation agreement and combined their efforts to create  a unique  software product  designed to computerize the process of accounting  collateral property, which  bank institutions receive as a collateral under loan agreements.

Besides the strict control over the condition and quality of the collateral property, a new software product will have explicit anti-corruption nature as it will deprive an official of the credit administration of a bank institution or valuation company the possibility of making personal manipulations  with the collateral, as well it will diversify  channels of obtaining data on the condition of the collateral property as it will allow a customer providing a bank institution data on the  collateral property at any moment of time through using a mobile software  product.
