On 05.06.2015 the Executive director of INVEST CREDIT CAPITAL Nataliya Zavistivska took part in KAIZEN tour in the topic: “Experience of implementation of KAIZEN tools by the company J.T. International Ukraine” in the factory of JTI Ukraine in Kremenchuk, Poltava oblast, organized by KAIZEN Club in Ukraine together with J.T. International Ukraine (JTI) under the auspices of the Ukrainian – Japanese Center with the purpose of familiarizing top managers of Ukrainian companies with how KAIZEN works at a Japanese production enterprise operating in Ukraine.
Plus to that highly positive atmosphere reigning during the entire KAIZEN tour, useful meetings with CEOS of domestic production enterprises and companies studying KAIZEN with the purpose of its practical implementation, the Executive director of INVEST CREDIT CAPITAL returned back to the office of its company with a strong conviction that now inspires the entire team – conviction that the competitive ability of the company directly depends on how much its employees believe in success and to what extent they are involved into quality improvement processes.
